Corkeen system applied in maintenance circuit Case Studies

Comfort and safety in an open-air maintenance circuit

Park4all is a new sports and leisure park, located in the commune of Châtel-St-Denis, Switzerland. It encompasses technical mountain bike courses, a running trail (Finnish track) and a maintenance circuit.

The association that manages the park, chose the Corkeen Play system as the safety flooring surface for the maintenance circuit. The cork-based Corkeen Play offers comfort during physical exercise and provides a fall protection system for users.

The solution was chosen because of the product’s innovative nature and the fact that it is a cork-based system. As a 100% natural, recyclable and renewable raw material, cork perfectly matches the park's environment - a large green zone in the protected area of Lussy.

In addition to the maintenance circuit, natural raw materials were chosen for all the other equipment items in the park, whose landscaping project includes native species, in order to promote biodiversity.

This 160 m2 maintenance circuit was the first project in the Canton of Fribourg in which Realsport - Corkeen Brand Master for the Swiss market - has applied the Corkeen system.
